1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://mygolfweek.com and its pages, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to build a website and website pages and use your own custom domain on Unicorn Platform's application for personal, commercial and non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may:
   1. create and host a website for your commercial or non-commercial project;
   2. create and host a website for your clients' commercial or non-commercial projects;
2. Under this license you may not:
   1. resell or redistribute any parts of any components and templates;
   2. manually (except the "HTML export" feature) or programmatically download generated code HTML, CSS, JS code produced by My Golf Week for personal, educative, commercial and non-commercial use;
   3. use exported HTML, CSS, JS code produced by the Unicorn Platform app "HTML export" feature for building a commercial or non-commercial website builder or theme;
   4. use abusive or obscene words for website subdomains and custom domains;
   5. inject malware or JS-mining software in a built website;
   6. upload forbidden documents, images or any other files forbidden by the laws;
   7. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the assets by implementing custom code (removing the My Golf Week branding badge with custom code is prohibited by this term);
   8. make any editions in the application code;
   9. drive enormous amount of traffic on a website hosted on Unicorn Platform;
   10. create and/or host websites with adult content;
   11. create and/or host phishing websites;
3. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by My Golf Week at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

1. The materials on My Golf Week's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. My Golf Week makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
2. Further, My Golf Week does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
